A session on revisiting and reflecting on previous experiences to explore differences in perspectives, to help you recognise your personal wins
A session surrounding the process of goal setting, and a continuation of “toolkit” building
A free Forth Session of 30 mins can be offered the following month to act as a “check-up”
In the sessions, you will be given the tools to recognise and develop the strengths you already possess.
A confidential copy of the session notes, which detail the area/s of support identified and ongoing action plan will be provided and reviewed in each session.
At the end of the service, it is anticipated that you will be able to :
